환불 정책

 

You can return your Aussie Uggs within 30 days of purchase for an exchange, providing the returned item is in merchandisable order, i.e. (they were only tried on for fit and they haven't been worn). 

  • Contact us at info@aussieuggs.com We will email you our returns form. 
  • Download and complete our returns form, we will need this to identify your item. The returns form must be completed and packaged in with your item to be eligible for an exchange or refund. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Include a self addressed Australia Post pre-paid satchel the same size as the one you received them in, or an Australia Post barcode sticker postage paid to the value of sticker on the satchel you received them in, or stamps to the same value, for the return postage.
  • Pack your items securely and ensure all original packaging and tags are included and your Australia Post satchel or barcode sticker.
  • For overseas customers please contact us by email and we will discuss returns options that may involve less postage costs.

As a guide to fit we recommend ugg boots and sheepskin slippers should be a "snug" fit, that is toes to the full length of the boot, but not doubled up, or cramped. The sheepskin, although very strong, is quite supple and will stretch a bit at pressure points without tearing. Also the wool fleece will pack down with wear.  

*Some Bespoke and Made to Order products are non-refundable. 

Refunds

Our policy is to accept a returned item for exchange first and refunds are only available if there is a genuine mistake on our part as to the item delivered, or in exceptional circumstances, which we reserve the right to assess. As we can make to order we can generally make an item to fit a customers particular needs. We try at all times to satisify a customers needs. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. For items to be exchanged, a revised order will be sent by email. We will also accept back items in exchange for gift vouchers for future use. If a refund is requested we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed and the refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the return. We refund directly to your bank account so you will need to provide us with your bank details. 

Late or missing refunds

We will send you a copy of the bank transfer by email. 
If you haven’t received the refund in your account within a few days, contact your bank and provide them with transfer reference number. Keep in mind there can be some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping/ Post

To return your product, you should mail your product with your completed Returns Form to: Aussie Uggs P.O. Box 337 Junee, NSW, 2663, Australia 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, it will not include the original shipping charge.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
